Description:

General: A sub-shrub that typically grows on woody stems forming a 3-4’ tall bushy mound of ferny, strongly aromatic, medium to light green leaves. Works well along paths as a boarder or low hedge. Leaves retain their fragrance after drying and can be used in sachets or as air fresheners.

Culinary Uses: The young leaves can be added to flavor drinks, or used in cooking, such as salads, stews and roast meats.
