Description:

General: Wasabi Arugula has green toothed, spoon-shaped leaves. It's best to plant in the early spring or early fall. The flowers are edible too, however, after it flowers, the leaves tend to develop a sharper taste. This plant will give you the same added zing that the common Japanese condiment will and makes a great addition to salads.

Culinary Uses: Slight bitterness, horseradish, and pepper aromatics - a more peppery flavor than other arugula varieties.

Nutritional Benefits: Very high in vitamin A and C.
