Description:

General:A beautiful new basil with tight mounds of small leaves resembling boxwood plants. Provides an attractive edging along patios and is a fine companion to large-leaved varieties. Plants remain extremely bushy and productive in the heat of summer. Rich basil flavor is excellent in pesto.

Culinary Uses: Very rich basil flavor and therefore perfect for basil based dishes and sauces, such as pesto.

Ornamental Uses: "Cute" compact leaves and small white flowers - a good candidate to trim into a border, resembling a hedge. Also looks nice in small pots growing into slightly rounded globe shapes.
