General: Intensely fragrant grey-green foliage and blue flower spikes make this a popular selection. Later flowering variety. It's popularly grown by the perfume industry in France. It makes a nice garnish and goes well in teas and with cheeses.

Ornamental Uses: Lavender Provence is a very aromatic herb and its shrubby habit makes it a great border to any herb garden. Because its blooms can be easily removed with little damage, Provence is highly prized for making potpourris and herb pillows.
