Description:

General: Dense mound of more narrow, light green leaves with very distinct spearmint fragrance and flavor. Traditionally used for lamb sauce and julep. Spearmint will grow in almost any soil type, provided ample moisture and sunlight.

Medicinal Uses: Spearmint has significant levels of iron, manganese, calcium, and magnesium as well as vitamin A and C, folate, and fiber. It can help protect the throat and teeth against bacterial infections, aids in digestion and gives relief from stress.
