General: Shrubby perennial with gray-green foliage and beautiful bicolored, purple and white flowers late summer into fall. Great plant for xeriscaping. Not a culinary sage.

Ornamental Uses: This is a bushy shrub with hairy white stems, grey-green leaves and velvet like purple spikes. This is a drought tolerant herb that attracts hummingbirds.
